YPS Scotland operates a comprehensive Communal Area cleaning service working together

with Housing Association, Property Letting Agents to provide a professional and reliable

service.  The service includes the maintenance of exterior yard and bin areas.  The cleaning

of door entry, internal partition glass, stairwell glass, vacuuming, high dusting, double

mopping, wall cleaning, stair rail cleaning and floor polishing.  Services can be provide on a

Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly basis with monthly accounts available.  In addition as a
